8th Day of Fitness

Yesterday was a butt kicking workout! It felt so good. I went to bed early, and my muscles are sore today. The first workout I did was from Blogilates, and it was the Total Body Workout for Beginners. (Check it out below.)   Then Gary came home, and we went to the gym for a little bit. I didn't about 30 minutes of cardio. I didn't do much of my running to prepare for a 5K. I have decided that tomorrow is just an ab day no cardio. Need to give my legs a little break.  8th Day of Fitness
