Apple releases the second generation of its Apple Watch, Apple Watch Series 2, in September 2016. The device seems to be a perfect fitness tracker. In fact, it is much rugged than its predecessors. Firstly, it has a faster dual-core processor. Secondly, it has better graphics technology. And, thirdly, it has a brighter display. In addition, the Apple Watch Series 2 has GPS. Now, the device can measure distance and speed while the consumer wearing it is running or biking.
There are two variants of Apple Watch Series 2 available worldwide. The smart watch is available in two sizes – 38 mm and 42 mm. Despite all these fabulous features and a great brand, it costs $369. The body of the device is in aluminum and stainless steel. With this launch, there is a partnership between Apple and Nike. They are releasing the Apple Watch Nike+ edition. This edition, in fact, is designed specifically for runners.
