Have you ever asked yourself about your facial towels? I wasn’t really concern about it until I read about it from one of my favorite bloggers, Rae of Scatterbraintures about Microfiber Towels. I used to just get any towel from the drawer and rub my face like there’s no tomorrow. Yes, I was that harsh with my skin before, sometimes I just laugh every time I remember it.
I’ve been wanting to switch to microfiber towels and purchase Aquazorb but I find them a bit expensive for a towel. Then last year I got a pink one from Asian Secrets when I attended the Asian Secrets Spa event (also the launch of their newest Lulur Facial Scrub) at SM North Edsa.
Aquazorb Microfiber Towel
First of all, I love it because it’s pink. It’s lightweight too! I like it. I’m not sure how much this costs but for sure it’s more than a hundred for a piece. It’s about 12-15 inches long.

Microfiber Fabric
This is my favorite towel. Whenever I wash and dry my face, I just have to press it lightly against my skin only about two times and my whole face is dry. It doesn’t irritate my skin whatsoever. It’s not harsh on the skin too.
Tips:
Don’t use Bleach or Fabric softener
Don’t iron, just wring and hang to dry
I use Safeguard bar soap to wash my towels most especially if I use it on my face.
Packaging
It comes in a ziplock transparent plastic pouch and when I opened, it smells fresh! I love the smell of new stuff! The pouch is reusable, if you want to bring it to the gym or when you travel.
I’m really loving this towel and I’m planning to buy Aquazorb bath towels or maybe cheaper microfiber towels I will find in the Supermarket. I highly recommend this microfiber towel to you guys. If you’re not yet ready to shell out some cash for Aquazorb, you may go for any brand that works the same as it. I believe Aquazorb has thinner ones but they are a bit more expensive than the basics. If you love to travel or hit the gym, this is perfect for you. Lightweight and thin, you may want to buy a smaller gym bag!
