When it comes to delivery only outlets, packing counts a lot. Because that is the first impression to the customer. So logically, it is the packing of food that becomes your first point of marketing. It has an instant action. Back Door Delivery in Naraina gets full marks for this. I was wondering how the shakes will arrive and in what conditions. It was nice to see their process for keeping and carrying shakes in such a way that not a single drop spills. The top remains as attractive in terms of presentation as if you are sitting in the restaurant and it is a fresh preparation from the kitchen. The restaurant is for your all food needs including drinks and desserts. My order included Blueberry Cheesecake Shake, Chicken Lababdar, Chicken Malai Tikka Roll, Veg Chinese Fried Rice, and Saffron Kheer. Everything was good except a few improvement points.
Back Door Delivery is a new outlet but the professionalism in packing and delivery is near to perfection right from the beginning. That is a good start for a new outlet. You have various options from Fast Food and Italian cuisines. Unlike Midnight Hunger Hub that has a focus only on food, Back Door Delivery serves shakes and desserts too. Actually, it doesn’t matter. It all depends on the business model and expertise. Moreover, it has longer working hours than the former. While the variety of food is more in the former. Blueberry Cheesecake Shake is excellent in taste. Chicken Malai Tikka Roll is also good in terms of taste and fillings. Neither too spicy nor too oily. Saffron Kheer though comes in a very small bowl but is very tasty. So far so good.
Back Door Delivery
It is the Chicken Lababdar from Back Door Delivery that would need some attention. It was too oily and spicy. And in fact, I feel the oil quality also need improvement. But still very tasty. On the other hand, It is too heavy to digest. Especially during the night, I would prefer it to be a little less oily. But it is lababdar in all aspects without a doubt. Veg Chinese Fried Rice are good in taste & quality, dry (no excess oil), neither too spicy. Overall, it is a good experience at Back Door Delivery.
