If we’re connected in my social media pages, you know that I recently got back to the gym and to a healthy lifestyle. I’ve been religiously working out during weekdays for two straight weeks now and counting. It really feels different when you get to exercise regularly even just at the comfort of your own home. ❤ Sleep It’s really better to have complete 8 hours of sleep but nowadays, with the busy lifestyle of everyone, this is a very rare routine. I just got a new schedule from work where I am online from 7pm to 4am which is kinda bad for my skin because based on my readings, our skin repairs and renews from 10pm – 2am, I’m not sure if that applies to people in different timezone. However, I still make sure that I get at least 5-6 hours of sleep. There are times when I even only have 2 hours of sleep which is really bad. You can never regain what you have lost so make sure that you give yourself quality sleep.
❤ Exercise I’m so happy I’m back to working out during weekdays. I spend 1-2 hours in the gym with the help of my instructor. Regular exercise is like regular cleansing of your skin from within because you will get rid of those toxins and will increase blood flow. I noticed that my skin is starting to get clear again. If your schedule doesn’t permit you to go to the gym, you can have a 15 minute workout at home every morning. A simple jogging in place and stretching will make a difference.
