When to replace your pads or pantyliner?
The moment it gets wet, replace it. Humidity is a great place for breeding bacteria. Our feminine area is like an open wound and very susceptible to bacteria and infection. For menstrual pads, change at least every 4 hours especially during your 1st to 2nd days.
How to properly clean our vagina?
Wash it from top to bottom (anus last) so that the bacteria are totally washed out then pat-dry with a clean tissue.
