There was a severe need for a bridge between Dibrugarh and Dhemaji in Assam for many economic and strategic reasons. An example of good governance is to identify such needs of the nation irrespective of whether in power in that state or not but for the benefit of people. Great are the leaders that think beyond everything just for the betterment of their country, people, and the world.
