A Breakfast Feast
When we arrived we were greeted by two friendly elves who showed us to our table which was festively laid out with Christmas crackers, colouring sheets and crayons much to the children's delight. My hubby and I were quickly supplied with coffee and the kids their drinks before our awesome breakfasts arrived. The children's breakfast had scrambled egg on toast, beans, hash brown and sausage while the adult's one was a feast containing sausage, bacon, black pudding, tomato, mushroom, beans and fried egg on fried bread along with extra toast. It was delicious, so delicious we have already planned our return visit to our local Wyevale Garden Centre for breakfast.
Entertainment
The great thing about Wyevale Garden Centres are how family friendly they are with fantastic soft play facilities in all of the ones we have been to. The kids had a chance to work off some of their energy in the softplay after breakfast before the elves called them for party games and Father Christmas himself arrived. While each table waited to see the man himself the children were given gingerbread trees to decorate which our three loved doing. It was a great way to keep them entertained while all the families got some individual Santa time.Father Christmas Visit
When our turn came to meet Santa the twins ran straight over for hugs while Ben had a lovely opportunity to chat to him about our Christmas Eve plans and what he would like us to leave for him. We then had a photo opportunity before the children were allowed to choose from a selection of toys. The boys opted for monster racing trucks while Zoey got a very girly pink beauty set complete with dress up shoes which she has been tottering around the house on all day since. Our Verdict
We had a lovely experience at Wyevale and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The festive atmosphere, enthusiastic elves, Santa visit and delicious food make this a brilliant Christmas outing all the family will enjoy.
