First off, here's the original recipe. This is how I make it- not many changes, but I do like more of the bread crumb mixture on top. Also, the original recipe tells you to layer the ingredients. I like to mix mine together. I make this recipe every few weeks. I like it because I can make it ahead of time and then just leave baking instructions for Andy and he finishes it when he gets home from work. It's ridiculously simple but tastes great.
Ingredients:
1 lb Chopped Fresh Broccoli
1 1/2 C Shredded Chicken Breast (a great way to use up leftovers)
1 (10.75 oz) can Cream of Broccoli (I've also used cream of chicken and it is good too)
1/3 C Milk
1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 Tbs Bread Crumbs
2 Tbs Butter, melted
Put it Together:
~ Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
~ Boil your chopped broccoli  on the stove top for about 5 min, until tender. Drain.
~ Combine the broccoli, chicken, soup, and milk and pour into a 9 inch pie plate or square baking dish.
~ Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
~ Mix the bread crumbs and melted butter together and sprinkle mixture over top the cheese.
~ Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
Enjoy!
