Café Knosh is organizing an International Barbecue Festival starting yesterday for two weeks. Actually, it was to start on Republic Day, i.e. 26th January. But due to the heavy rain throughout the day, there was a change in the plan. So 27th was the first day of this international festival as well as a preview launch for foodies. It was nice to get an invite to be part of the launch, meet the Chef Tokhi, meet fellow foodies, and taste the fabulous recipes of various parts of the world. In the Indian Barbecue, there are Jhinga Nisha, Asafiya Murgh, Bhatti ki Bateer, Maas ka Sula, Multani Paneer, Malai Broccoli, Dal Makhani, Dal Tadka, and Veg Pulao. Then there is an American Food Truck with American Barbecue. In addition, there is Oriental Barbecue and European Barbecue at Café Knosh.

This international barbecue at Café Knosh is a must attend for all food lovers. As a matter of fact, you are bound to get the real authentic taste of original recipes. So from the Indian Barbecue, I would love to recommend Jhinga Nisha, Asafiya Murg, and Bhatti ki Bateer. Especially, Bhatti ki Bateer was fabulous. Now, since it is a buffet, there is no limit for repeat servings. So go ahead, and get the best of food as many times as you would wish. And frankly, within INR 1,000 for a buffet lunch like this, is a steal deal. You must not think twice. Just grab it. Similarly, the dinner buffet is a bit higher but still, it is not to miss out at any cost. Probably, you will fall in love with Chef Tokhi and Café Knosh.
The American Barbecue is as interesting and inviting as the Indian Barbecue at Café Knosh. You have a lot of options to grab from the American Food Truck. Like, Nachos, Ceaser Salad, American Corn, Cole Slaw Cheesy Corn Casserole, Hash Browns, Corn and Jalapeno Burger and a lot more. Well, I will not disclose further Oriental Barbecue and European Barbecue at Café Knosh. You need to visit to get these fabulous surprises.
