My mom and I love to collect bracelet charms and jewelries. Two years ago, she gifted me my first Pandora bracelet complete with different charms that she bought from Australia. I wanted to buy more charms, each symbolizing a memorable day for me (achievement, anniversary, and such). However, we know bracelet charms are on the expensive side so I looked for a great alternative and found about Soufeel Jewelry.

Problem with Post Office
Soufeel shipped my items the next day I placed my order. They also used PH Express and based on their tracking number, it has arrived here in the Philippines just after a few days.
However, here’s what happened. I used my boyfriend’s address in Paranaque (since he’s living in Manila and I’m from Cavite), thinking that it’ll hasten the process and shipping time, but I was wrong. Come 2-3 weeks after I was informed by Soufeel Customer Service that the package is already here but still haven’t received any notice from the Post Office in Paranaque so I decided to go there and ask for my package. I gave the tracking number to the person-in-charge. It took them time to find it since it has been almost a month already. I asked them why I didn’t receive any notice from them that the package has arrived and they told me this “The address is in between Paranaque and Las Pinas, they can’t locate the house”. I was like “What da??” So they won’t give me any notice and let my package rot in there until I have the initiative to go there and ask for it. But that didn’t end that day. I had to go back because they are asking for the receipt from Soufeel or Paypal transaction slip. I told them, the package was a gift from Soufeel for editorial considerations but that didn’t work. They are asking for it because I have to pay the tax. I’ve read from reliable internet articles that gift packages are non-taxable but still I paid tax. Normally, I just pay P100.00 (before it’s only P50.00) to get my package in Cavite Post Office, but this time I paid P300.00. I will never have my package shipped to Paranaque Post Office ever again.
Tip:
If you’re collaborating with a company abroad and they sent you items for free for a chance to be featured in your site and you are in the same situation as mine, work with the brand and ask them to put only around $20 as the total amount so you’ll just pay zero – minimum amount for tax.
Going back, the package arrived in good condition. It contains a paper bag, gift box, and a black box (where they put all the accessories). Each charm is in a resealable plastic bag with sticker labels. I got 6 charms, 1 bracelet, necklace chain, and a pair of earrings.
Soufeel Bracelet Lock
I love how secure their lock is. However, I gave a wrong length for the bracelet, it’s a bit smaller that I expected but still fits my wrist. Next time, I’ll give an allowance so I can put more charms.
They use 925 sterling silver and colored gems. I’m surprised how sparkly the charms with stones are! They look more that their actual prices. The Silver bracelet feels sturdy and of good quality too! To create a bracelet charm same as mine, check on my list:

Perfect as gift!
I also got a necklace chain and microphone charm. You know guys how much I love singing and a pink microphone pendant is very rare to find. This symbolizes my love for music.
Their necklace comes in three hole locks so you can adjust them depending on the clothes you’re wearing. I wish all chains in the market are like this.
