Interflora have launched a new innovative online design tool called My Interflora Creation which uses market-leading technology to enable you to create, share and send a unique bouquet. I was recently asked to review this tool and enlisted the help of Ben and together we came up with some fantastic creations of our own. It was fun to do and definitely added to the whole ordering flowers experience.

The great thing about this application is that it not only allows you to design a unique bouquet inspired by your Mum but it makes it real and the end result is that you can have it expertly made and delivered to her door by an Interflora florist.If you would like to give it a go and create your own special tailor made bouquet simply visit www.myinterfloracreation.co.uk and begin designing it by dragging and dropping your chosen flowers into position. The application is really user friendly and children will love being able to help design their very own gift of flowers for their Mum. You can click on each flower individually to see more details about it including the Latin name, meaning, flower notes and it's individual price.

There is plenty of choice, with more than seventy different flower and foliage varieties to choose from and you can even customise your creation with vases and beautiful accessories such as different coloured bows including a special Mother's Day one.
You drag and drop the flowers and arrange and rearrange them again and again. It is recommended that you start by adding some foliage and place flowers such as roses in the center where they will stand out. You can also remove flowers by dragging them to the bin.
There is an option to click on My Creation Details which lists the contents of your bouquet and prices of each individual flower.

Once you're happy with your design you can save it to a personal gallery or share it on Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest, or best of all, at a touch of a button you can send your creation to an Interflora florist who, just like magic, will lovingly bring it to life.

The end result is a very special and unique gift that is truly going to delight the very lucky Mummy who receives it on Mother's Day, especially when she hears about the journey to getting it made. The geek in me loves the innovative idea and more importantly the Mummy in me loves the thought and creativity it takes to design such a very special bouquet.
