Has any of you seen the latest Wolverine movie?
source
I did and I tell you, it was AWESOME!
Hugh Jackman was great and he played the character really well. I was never a fan of wolverine in the animation series and didn't quite understand what's the big deal about the character. But Hugh Jackman just gave the character well.. more character, the same way that Robert Downey did with Iron Man. I also loved the additional characters especially that of Yukio(the red-haired girl you see in the trailer).
I do remember the first Wolverine movie to be a disappointment and got negative reviews from critics. The recent Wolverine movie however had much more to offer and stood out of the line of many 3D movies this year.
I should know because I think I've seen every single one that reached this city I live in. I even saw some of them twice, both in 3D and 2D. I wish I collected the tickets for remembrance. My top three however, in no particular order, are Man of Steel, Pacific Rim, and of course, Wolverine.
Needless to say, I love going to the movies. The only thing that I don't like about it is the fact that you have to use 3D glasses that somebody else used. I don't know about you but that's how it is where I live. Also, don't you think 3D glasses are just unappealing?
not cool 3D glasseswhile watching the Hobbit last December
This isn't the kind of look you want for yourself if you're going on a movie date. What you would want to wear are cool 3D glasses!
Introducing 3D glasses from INGRI:DAHL
"INGRI:DAHL is a Norwegian label based in Los Angeles that provides moviegoers with stylish alternatives to the cheap, ill-fitting 3D glasses handed to them upon entering the movie theater.Their 3D glasses were highlighted at the premiere of The Great Gatsby where cast and crew were given retro-inspired INGRI:DAHL frames to wear during the screening. They have also been featured in Vogue, Glamour, MSN Glo, The Next Web, TrendHunter Fashion, HENNE, and Linda."source
They have plenty of different styles to choose from on their website but I was sent these Ocean Blue Golden Age 3D glasses that are, in my opinion, a cooler version of those oversized nerd glasses that are so popular these days.

Quick Review:I honestly can't find any fault from the pair I got so let me just describe them to you. These are definitely cool 3D glasses! They're made of plastic that feels solid and sturdy. They don't feel cheap at all. I love that they are very light. I have problem with any eye wear that are too heavy because they tend to cause strain at the back of my head. This one doesn't do that.I hadn't noticed any scratches, both on the frame and on the lenses. Although as the lenses are really big, you can easily notice little fabrics or dust on the surface. These however don't affect the vision that you see through the glasses. I rarely find myself cleaning them and believe me, I do that a lot with any glasses/sunglasses I wear.I'm generally careful with any glasses I own so I haven't dropped this one yet nor had I sat on them and I have no plans of doing either of the two so I don't know how these glasses will fare under the two situations.
Also, I have a small face and you probably noticed that I don't have a tall nose bridge. If a pair of glasses aren't well-designed, they'll keep falling off. That doesn't happen to me with these glasses despite the fact that they're big.
Now excuse me, I got trigger happy with my camera again.
I'm normally not this vain. But I just love how these cool 3D glasses look on me.

I bet a lot of you don't know that the wolverine is actually a weasel. But the X-Men superhero has become really popular, we all forget the real animal (which is endangered by the way).
Point is, the next time somebody calls you a weasel, consider it a compliment.
Have you seen any 3D movies lately?WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITES THIS YEAR?
I am definitely looking forward to Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters, Ender's Game and The Hobbit. All three are adaptations of my favorite books and I really hope Ender's Game sells even if it's not as well-known as the other two.
Thanks for reading!
