Day 117 of The 366 Project

Today Ben and I made gingerbread cookies. He really is getting the hang of baking and absolutely loves getting stuck in cracking the eggs, measuring the ingredients, stirring the mixture and his favorite new skill rolling out the cookie doing while stealing bits of the offcuts when he thinks I'm not looking and giggling away to himself. It's a lot of fun.
