In this modern age, we tend to drink lesser water than what is good for us, without knowing it!

And precisely because we don’t drink enough water, our metabolism can be affected, leading to weight gain problems that we all want to avoid as much as possible.
Benefits of drinking water?

  • 2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs.
  • 1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps in digestion.
  • 1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure.
  • 1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke/heart attack.
  • Regulates body temperature.
  • Lubricates joints
  • Carries nutrients and oxygen to the cells.
  • Lesson the burden on kidneys and liver by flushing out waste products.
  • Protects body organs and tissues.
  • Helps dissolve minerals and other nutrients to make them accessible to the body.
