I thought I would share a rundown of my progress over the past couple of weeks. After the whole pneumonia saga, it took me a while to get back into it, but 15th June, I turned things around. So, my second half of June looked like this (click to enlarge) >
Overall, pretty happy with June. Didn’t like the two days off in a row, but will focus on changing that during July.
This month, I had planned to do my version of “Dry July“, a month without chocolate. But I thought about this goal on day two of the month after eating a choc-top at the movies. So instead, I have to decided to have an exercise related goal Such as, a minimum of five exercise sessions times per week, for a minimum of 30 minutes. I would like to make that 45 minutes, but I think it’s fair to have some days at 30 minutes, when other days I do 1.5-2 hours. At least for the meantime. Cannot wait to start seeing some results!!
