the wigglies getaway (lol)
After all of the plans to meet somewhere, we ended up meeting at a local convenience store near the Bistro.
on the way to The Bistro
We arrived late (around 11:00 PM already) and missed the performances of Johnoy Danao but just in time before Ebe Dancel starts. The regular entrance fee should be like P350 per person but since it was already full inside and was now only open for those who are willing to stand, we went in at the cost of P300 each (Thanks Carlo haha! #mwahmwahchupchup).

It was jam-packed inside (shoulders-to-shoulders) but made our way through to a good spot near the restroom and the bar counter. Not that long, Ebe and the band did the soundcheck and started playing for the crowd.
I recorded our trip here including Ebe's full performance of the song "Prom" by Sugarfree. Well, he did a number of songs but most of them are better felt than recorded so I hope you still appreciate this video right here:
Seeing live performances of artists really have a different impact (in a good way) compared to watching them on the television or on our mobile screens especially when someone is telling you histories about and behind the song(s). You know more about their personality on and off the stage, how the way they converse naturally, and more..
inside The 70s Bistro
Well, this is one for the books as this was an impulsive escapade including my pants bathing (lol). We capped the trip late-night snacking at one of the fast-food restaurants on the way before going back home (It was Carlo's night, we owe you one).
