Elephant HD In-ear Pink Headphones

Posted on the 21 June 2014 by Genzelkisses

I cannot deny my love for pink even when it comes to earphones or headset or whatever you call it. Yesterday after watching this super funny movie “22 Jump Street” (it’s such a great movie you guys should watch it with your friends!), I stroll around Olympic Village at Alabang Town Center and finally bought Yurbuds earphones in pink again, yey! I’ll be using it for my gym sessions. So before I replace my current one, I’m gonna share with you my experience with this pair.

I have different pair of earphones for each device or gadget that I’m using and this one, I use it with my ipad. It was one of the gifts from my boyfriend last Valentine’s Day. He knows I love pink and been meaning to get this ever since I saw it at Datablitz. I was of course, attracted with the color and design plus it’s super affordable. I honestly doubted the quality because it’s super cheap for a pair of headphones but still gave it a try. Not all cheap products have bad quality right?

Very nice packaging right? Explicit / Caution box in pink! It’s sturdy and perfect as a gift.

It comes with 3 sizes of tailes and has this design that fits your ear just right. The 1.2m cord is not the common one in earphones. It’s flat like those of flat noodles  that’s why it won’t mess with you and doesn’t tangle (horraaay!).

It can also be used with your mobile phone because of its built-in mic and controls. I love that you can easily adjust volume, pause and start, and easily forward/skip songs. Less hassle doing those things to your gadget instead, I know.

It has a nice sound and bass (solid bass). Another plus is that it minimizes the noise around you so you can focus more and enjoy your music. It also works perfectly fine with all my gadgets except for my new mobile phone from DTC Mobile. Not sure why tho.

So now, would I recommend it?

After more or less 3 months using this in-ear headphones, it finally gave up! Yes, that fast. Compared to my other pink one from Pioneer that I bought last year and still working great, this one is on the losing end. Oh yes it doesn’t tangle, it’s pink, and very affordable but quality wise, it needs improvement. The wires connecting to the plug and controls are already breaking. I tried to salvage it but now the sound is really scratchy, badly needs replacement.

Despite of all its cool features guys, unfortunately I don’t recommend this product to you. You’d rather spend your hard earned cash on more expensive one that can last you at least a year than this one.

Do you have an experience like this with your past earphones?
Any recommendation?
