Essence Restaurant in elegant Park Plaza Zirakpur is a fabulous experience. In fact, it is more than an enriching time I spent here. While I stayed at Park Plaza Zirakpur for three days, these 3 days are one of those memorable days that have a significant print on my mind. Besides, Zirakpur is quite near to Chandigarh. As a matter of fact, the property is a part of Sarovar Hotels. It is on Ambala highway. Likewise, the restaurant is famous for great breakfasts. The huge buffet has a wide variety of dishes to choose from. In addition, these dishes vary on an everyday basis. Essence Restaurants has a large seating. There is a seperate smoking room within the restaurant. This fabulous multi-cuisine restaurant is an all-day dining restaurant.
Nut Crumbled River Fish
Essence Restaurant is a lovely place with a great ambiance. In addition, you find excellent hospitality and sumptuous food with as original taste as possible. I started with Blue Cheese, White Chocolate and Apple Soup that is really good. If you are resistant to sweet recipes try another Soup as this one you will find sweet due to chocolate and Apple ingredients.

In the starters, I had Nut Crumbled River Fish and it was delicious. The beauty is not only on the taste of the preparations but the presentation gives you a different kind of delight. In the next course, I had Spinach and Tarragon – Chicken Roulade and you will find it yummy. The sweet end to the story is fine with three excellent dishes. Baked Yoghurt, Citrus Cheese Cake, and, Rose Leaf Compote and Dark Chocolate Truffle.

You have an option of various cuisines here. Specifically, you can have North Indian, Italian, Meditteranean, and Chinese food here. The Chef is quite experienced and matured. Irrespective of the number of guests in the restaurant, he is always ready to manage the overflow. He has a good team to support.
