It's Friday so that means Fitness Friday! I have been really bad lately, and not been working out, drinking my water, or eating healthy. It's the end of the season so Gary and I thought it's our time to get in shape and lose the weight we have gained from the season.
I had been doing really well and losing weight VERY slowly almost to the point it's discouraging, but no one said that it would be easy right? I need to get back on the train and start working on it. I don't know about y'all but the hubs lose weight so easy, and I do the same thing but lose maybe a pound.
This weekend is a pretty chill weekend for us to start back up on it. The point that I want to make is that we all make mistakes, but it's the fact that we get back on. So starting today I am going to drink more water, walk at lunch, be more aware of what I am eating.
