I've been training for a few runs like Pat's Run in April and Tinkerbell Half in January 2013. I'm using an app called Couch to 5K, and notice that I can run further on the treadmill than when I run outside. Does anyone know why? I wish I knew to help educate everyone.
What I enjoy about indoor running is that I can change the speed and the incline. Really who I am kidding it's indoors, air conditioning, and I watch tv. The biggest frustration with indoor running is that I can see the distance and time, which really annoys me.
Outdoor running in Arizona what is there to enjoy about it? Just playing the scenery is absolutely amazing. I love looking around seeing Arizona. The downside is I just don't feel like running.
