Fleet Street EC4 was formerly the home to the nations newspaper industry. Now it's dominated by Goldman Sachs and Freshfields.The bollard in the picture above is a typical City of London type bollard with a near fresh coat of gloss paint. Only one part unfinished so I'll leave that for each of you to take a closer look and think about.
The bollards are more than likely getting this new coat of paint because of the Lord Mayor's Show which takes place next week from 11.00am on Saturday the 12th of November 2011.
