When you are heading for or an old friends reunion, food is the last thing you would want to be a mood spoiler. Of course among the sweet old memories between the friends, the food had to be a good match. We were at Rajinder Nagar. The initial plan was to meet, chat for some time and then go out for dinner at some nice place. But there was no end to chatting and thus there was a unanimous decision to get food at home. My friend at whose place we were is new to this place. He is not aware of any good delivery outlet. Thus, being a foodie, it was now my responsibility to decide on a good outlet and order food. Having Food Scouts Rajinder Nagar was a boon. Though it is a new outlet, I have an excellent experience with their three other outlets earlier.
I have three earlier experiences with their Rajouri Garden, Punjabi Bagh, and Janak Puri outlets respectively. All three have been fabulous. That was good enough to go for Food Scouts Rajinder Nagar. In fact, Food Scouts is a boon for late night foodies as it is open from 8 pm to 4 am. And probably by the time we thought of ordering food, it was quite late. The delivery was well within time. Packing is as usual quite good and neat. You won’t find any spilling. Our order was Kali Mirch Chicken (Full), Fish Curry, Cottage Cheese Steak Mushroom Pepper Sauce with Rice. In addition, we had Food Scouts Special Veggie Lovers Pizza. From Indian Bread, we had Lacha Prantha, Pudina Prantha, and Paneer Prantha. Everything was perfect. I had full marks from my friends. Spices, Quality, Taste, Packing, in fact, everything is in a perfect balance.
Food Scouts Rajinder Nagar A Boon For Food Lovers and Late Night Foodies
Fish Curry comes with a thick tomato-rich curry with a good amount of spices. Thinly cut long pieces of green chilies and ginger make it quite tasteful. So I add it to my favorites for future orders. Cottage Cheese Steak Mushroom Pepper Sauce with Rice is a good to try the main dish from Continental cuisine. Here, you have a bunch of fried vegetables, rice, and Cottage Cheese dish. That makes a sumptuous and fulfilling dish. Rice quality and preparation is fantastic. It was difficult to differentiate between Lacha Prantha and Pudina Prantha. Both had some sprinkles on it. Paneer Prantha could have some more paneer stuffing. If you love Italian, you will definitely like this veg pizza full of a variety of good quality veg toppings. Overall, food, quality, taste, and delivery are up to the mark at Food Scouts Rajinder Nagar.
Did I tell you about a surprise dessert that comes with every order without you knowing about it earlier? It could be a cake jar or a brownie for that matter. And the dish of the day for us was Kali Mirch Chicken with its thick creamy gravy. Every bite gives you a good flavor and taste of black pepper but not at all excessive.
