Green Mango And Bagoong Ice Cream

There’s a new ice cream flavor to be available soon: GREEN MANGO & BAGOONG!

Yes! It’s true!

This flavor has been one of the Biggest Food challenges ever for Sebastian Carandang, the head Sorbetero of Sebastian’s Everything Ice Cream….. and now he announces that he finally conquered it.

As he would happily say, “Booyah”!

Sebastian’s Everything Ice Cream boast of the most delicious, imaginative and unique ice cream flavors. They are constantly pushing themselves to give their customers a new ice cream experience.

If you’re a regular fan, you’ll know that Bagoong has been one the of his biggest frustrations to date. He’s happy to say that he has finally made something tasty using the Bagoong!

Lots of fresh Green Mangoes turned into a smooth and creamy sorbet — no dairy! — and then top it with warm sweet bagoong.

Bagoong is a Philippine condiment made of partially or completely fermented fish or shrimps and salt.

Heating the bagoong before topping it on the sorbet gives it a wonderful temperature contrast, like a Hot Fudge Sundae for vegetarians. This is more like a savory cold snack than a dessert, and if you’re the adventurous type, you’ll definitely like it!

An ARTISAN Flavor! Scooping begins at all branches this FRIDAY, JULY 13!
