Things are a little crazy around here at the moment. Just a few dramas to keep me on my toes. But I am feeling guilty because I missed today’s planned workout.
Yes, I am tired. But(!) not that tired. I should have done something before I hit the wall this afternoon.
And next week will be crazier yet, so I need to get my shit together. And need to find that extra energy from somewhere, because I kept looking for a sugar hit instead. Luckily I haven’t been too indulgent, just a bit high on the carbs. And high overall considering I didn’t exercise today.
The awesome news is that I hit 2521 calories burned yesterday. So the combination of working all day, sitting on my butt + Step = good day! Of course I’d love to see it higher, but for the mean time, I’m pretty pleased with that!
I have an early meeting, so hopefully an early night will pull me out of this slump.
