I Am So Disappointed Over Telkomsel

Its been over 4 years I use Telkomsel service since 2008. Along my use of this biggest mobile telecomumnication provider service in Indonesia, I have to admit that their service is really expensive and annoying. I rarely use my phone to calling and SMS-ing, but being online. And, IDK why my credit quickly exhausted, whereas I also rarely be connected that Telkomsel is stabil only in the morning - maybe it is because of traffic. Perhaps, that they are undergoing crisis: they were sentenced by court that they could not fulfill their cooperation with their business partner. They got sued and had to pay fine. So that is why, I think they increase their service cost for their users.
