I applied to be an ambassador while at Britmums Live and took home a brochure with me which I have to admit surprised me. My only experience of Butlins was when I eight years old and stayed in one of the chalets in Butlins Mosney in Ireland while competing in the Community Games. It was basic and seems a million miles away from the Butlins of today where the accommodation and facilities look fantastic. I really do think this is going to be a family holiday to remember.
As a Butlins ambassador, my family will get to holiday in the Bognor Regis resort which is located in West Sussex so easy for us to get to from London. I already know Ben is going to love so many of the activities there such as Splash Waterworld, the Under 5s soft play area, Mini-Golf and Tots Disco. We have yet to figure out when we will go but I will be sure to share our story when we do. In the meantime you will find a shiny new red blog badge on my sidebar which links to the Butlins site where you can browse and discover for yourself just how great the resorts look.
