From time to time, there are special menus for special occasions. For instance, On Lohri, there was an altogether different menu to celebrate the festival as per the customs of different parts of India. That is the beauty of Imly. Gol Gappa the Imly way was the best way to start the food rally. You get a small glass having ingredients and a raw Gol Gappa on top of it. Firstly, Just pick your glass and keep it in front of you. Secondly, pick your Gol Gappa in left hand, and pour the glass ingredients in it. Thirdly, open your mouth wide, and place this Gol Gappa inside. Finally, enjoy it. Well, that was the short journey of relishing Gol Gappa. Let us move further. Next, it was Chole Bhathure. I really like the presentation the way they serve it. Firstly, the Bhathura is totally oil-free. That brings the real taste of it rather than the taste of oil that spoils the actual taste. Secondly, the superb placement of Chole, Pickles, Fry Potato, and Salad is neat and attractive. And thirdly, all taste so good.
