Our whole being is dried up; there is nothing at all except this manna before our eyes! — Numbers 11:6
On a typical day like today… When the blue sky usually fades to gray… My childish heart longs for the rainbow… And my eyes to set their gaze upon various shades… Of red. Or blue. Or yellow… In this tiresome mundane of everyday life.
My soul cries for color… Whining for the lack of adventure… As it feels stuck in the monotony of daily routine.
But isn’t the paintbrush always within our reach? To paint our own pictures the way we want them to be? To use our imagination and daydream wildly?
We write our own stories… And we can add more vibrance to the boring black and gray of the ordinary… The colors are up to us.
A colorful Thursday to you all! God bless. :-)
