I have a pretty hefty goal set for me during the next 6 weeks. Why 6 weeks because my birthday is July 16th!! I want to be able to fit in some of the clothes that I can't wear anymore. I want to be able to fit in my Size 4-6 pants, and Small shirts.
I got both of these workouts off of facebook. I'm already a day or so behind but I plan to get all caught up TONIGHT!!! Please blogger friends keep me accountable.
