That is why the bilateral trade volume between India and Taiwan is flourishing around USD 6.3 billion in 2017 from USD 5 billion in 2016. And the rising by almost 15 percent this year that is 2018. Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) is Taiwan’s topmost trade promotion organization. TAITRA is organizing its debutant TaiwanExpo. The Expo will run at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi in May 2018. The business communities at both ends are quite enthusiastic and eager to explore this first ever Trade Expo by Taiwan in India. The purpose obviously is to provide a boost to the bilateral trade between the two countries. There are many industry verticals where these two countries can join hands and do wonders.
