Confound am baffled ,
what made you change your mind
that you pulled me out of the huddle ;
Now don't you turn around and say "you were puzzled ,
you are volatile , your mood swings are known ,
you are, at times mercurial"
You gave me no reason for your prejudice ,
nor told me why you made me go through vile ,
and why should i struggle like a lonely fish in a pond
unaware of the way out of the wild waters that had no flavor ;
Now when I feel safe and cuddled ,
his warmth is all that I feel around me
and the only thing I can hear is his heart beat ,
absolute silence away from multitude ,
his arms wrapped around me like a vine
around a tree , I am in a state of contentment
now don't ruffle nor perturb
let me stay in this state ,
my prayer is profound ,
now don't you astound me ,
I hope I made my stand clear ,
I want no mayhem .
