Metro Dhaba – Casual Dining Restaurant With Dhaba Theme #MetroDhaba

Metro Dhaba is a concept of creating a casual dining restaurant on the theme of a DHABA. When we talk about any dhaba two things come to our mind. Firstly, the food has to be as tasty as at home. Secondly, the cost factor which means the food has to be economical. Both the things apply perfectly when it comes to this restaurant in Sector 18, Noida. In fact, it is quite easy to locate. The moment you exit from Gate 2 of Sector 18 Metro station, you find this restaurant on your right side. So, there are various shops in the right lane and this is the only restaurant in that lane. During the weekdays, delivery is prominent over walk-ins. But the scenario changes during the weekends. Walkins and delivery orders both increases on weekends and mostly walk-ins take an edge over the latter. That itself says a lot.

Generally during the weekdays going to market is for some purpose especially during the daytime. But the trends change on the weekends. The purpose of going to market is usually for some leisure, relaxing, dining, shopping, and fun. That is the reason of increasing walk-ins in the Metro Dhaba during weekends. The packing and delivery are excellent and so is the food. You get what you order well within the stipulated period. Similarly, the packing is good to an extent that even if you aretravelingg with this packed food for an hour or more and then intend to consume the food, it stays intact and fresh. That probably adds to professionalism and customer focus. Especially the packing of Paranthas is so perfect in this regard. That doesn’t mean that other packagings are not good. Those are also at par.

Metro Dhaba Is Easy To Locate

I ordered for Murg Lahsuni Tikka, Paneer Prantha Tandoori, Gobhi Tawa Prantha, Paneer Mushroom roll, Double Chicken Seekh Kebab Roll, and Navratan Korma for delivery while I was driving through Sector 18 to try the food from Metro Dhaba. I must admit that the effort didn’t go waste. Murg Lahsuni Tikka is soft and well prepared.  Both the Pranthas are good in filling, taste, and quality. In fact, you will find filling in these Pranthas a bit less than the regular Tawa Pranthas. The reason is that in Tandoor these Pranthas are vertically glued to the wall of the Tandoor. Hence filling to an extra extent would make them fall in the Tandoor. The same doesn’t happen in Tawa Paranthas and hence you can over-fill them.

The rolls from Metro Dhaba are equally delicious with enough filling. Navratan Korma as usual carries a little sweetness in its gravy. That could be due to Cashews and/or sugar. Overall, the goodness in food calls for a try. Go on!
