Midnight Hunger Hub Karol Bagh delivery was as pleasing as from their other two outlets earlier viz outlet1 (Rajouri Garden) and outlet2 (Punjabi Bagh). So, this time when I was in Karol Bagh at a friend’s place reaching late at night after a long drive from Jaipur, we had to order the food to get a good sleep. Knowing that there is an outlet in Karol Bagh too, there was no point in wasting any time to order. Delivering consistently in time not only from one but all outlets confirms many things. Firstly, it tells about the practice of uniformity and discipline across all the outlets. Secondly, it shows there are centralized control and audit mechanism that ensures this uniformity. Thirdly, the most important factor is the selection of staff and their proper grooming.
These factors, in fact, help in creating more success stories and a confidence to expand fast. And it applies perfectly to Midnight Hunger Hub. Another noteworthy point to check in any delivery is their process of packaging various dishes. Like proper packing of salads, main course dishes, starters, different kind of bread makes a big difference. In fact, small things become big differentiators when you talk of customer retention and competition. For instance, Garlic Nan and Pudina Prantha come in different packs thus ensuring the tastes remain intact and authentic. Similarly, packing of gravy dishes is good to such an extent that nothing spills out during the course of delivery or while unsticking the top cover.
Midnight Hunger Hub is a symbol of consistency and discipline
From many delivery outlets, I notice either the bread and similar items become soggy or gravy spills out. In addition, the lid of containers become difficult to open or unstick, as the case may be, in many cases. So, here at Midnight Hunger Hub, packing is also smart and perfect that spells out experience and concern towards the customer. I call latter customer-centric approach which is very important for excelling in any business these days. Now, coming to food, we had Diced Chicken and Black Bean Sauce, and Butter Garlic Fried Rice from the Chinese main course section. Both are excellent in taste and worth trying if you love Chinese food. Murg Pashtoon is, I would say, their one of the signature dishes. Good to try and relish. Panner Tikka Pizza has plenty of paneer topping.
From Indian bread section, we had Paneer Kulcha, Garlic Naan, Pudina Prantha, Laccha Prantha and Missi Roti. Overall, Midnight Hunger Hub is an ideal place if you like consistency and discipline. Consistency in taste and discipline in delivery. Obviously, there is no end to improvisations in recipes, preparations, and dishes.
