You wake up to the sound of the alarm ringing, forcing you to make the effort of pushing yourself off the bed and stretching out an arm to shut off the piercing sound.
When your mind clears, you realise one thing.
It’s Monday.
It’s work day.
Everything seemed to have turned dull and you dread putting your feet on the ground, cause you know once you do, it would be a long day. You want to lie to yourself even for a few precious seconds that if you dont move, or head back to sleep, you wont have to go to work, time would stop flowing and everything would become well again.
Isn’t that what all of us want to believe?
Truth be told, music is a great healer for any kind of day. You may be sad, happy, angry, or just plain crazy, music will still have its way to lift your mood, lift your spirit and send all those negative thoughts away.
