I’m really thankful for my skin for not reacting like crazy everytime I switch to new products. I actually forgot to review the ones I’ve used for the last two months before I switched to this so I’ll be updating you guys about it next week. For now, I would like to talk about the new skin care products that I’ve been using for almost a month now. I actually give 2-4 weeks before I say something with the products that I’m using.
Papaya – E Skincare Products by DermXpert
These products were sent over for me to try last month. I started using them this December. You all know I’m a fan of whitening products. I want fair and even skintone that’s why. Who love skin discolorations anyway, right? As far as I know, DermXpert is a sister brand of Krave Cosmetics. I’ve been hearing a lot of raves about Krave but haven’t tried them yet, maybe soon.

They sent me three products to try. Soap, toner, and facial cream so it’s like a 3-step routine. I do this morning and evening. All products are from their Papaya – E line.
Step 1: DermXpert Papaya – E with Grapeseed & Aloe Vera Soap | 135 grams | P120.00
It’s kinda more rigid compared to other organic soaps I’ve tried. I love Papaya, even fresh Papaya juice not because I’m fan of the taste but more on because I know it’s good for the skin. The soap is big and I think it can last me around 4-6 months if I’m gonna use it solely on my face. I avoid using single soap both for face and body. If I’m going to use just 1 soap, I cut it in half. 1 for the face, the other for the body.
It’s big! If you want to use it for your body, you may cut it in half. Those thick strands that you can see, I think they are real papaya? Boyfriend told me they look creepy. He thinks those are orange worms! *lol* It may look kinda odd, but for me it’s cool! 
I cut the soaps into four. Would you belive that I haven’t finished this piece yet and it’s almost a month already? It has mild scent unlike those Kojic soaps that I’ve tried before. It also doesn’t sting my skin! *clap clap* I was afraid at first to use it because the soaps I’ve tried before stings like hell but I’m thankful this doesn’t. I haven’t experienced drying of the skin too which is common with whitening products. It makes my skin looks fairer and smoother. I love this soap!
Step 2: DermXpert Papaya – E Facial Whitening Toner | 50ml | P153.00
After cleansing the face with soap, next is to tone the skin. I use this toner and I’m happy that again, it doesn’t sting! The first thing I’m concerned about when it comes to toners is the stinging sensation. I hate it. The burning sensation, arggh. I just can’t bear that feeling. Good thing I don’t experience that with this toner. It also has mild scent. Not too citrusy. Some toners dry the skin, but this doesn’t. My skin feels refreshed.
Instructions are indicated at the back of the bottle. Just as they say, avoid too much rubbing of the skin to avoid fine lines and premature wrinkles. No one wants that.
It’s not too orange when you apply it to a cotton ball. I put around 5 drops for my whole face and neck. If you like, I suggest you use a different cotton ball with the product for the face and neck.
Step 3: DermXpert Papaya – E Face Cream | 15 grams | P214.00
After cleansing and toning, time to apply the face cream. I’m not sure if this has UV Protection since it’s not stated on the label. I just wish it has so there’s no need to apply sunblock. However, I still apply my favorite sunblock after this cream. This cream has strong powdery scent. If you’re a person who’s kinda sensitive with scented products, this may not be for you but if we share the same feeling with them, you’ll like this.
It’s a white cream and thick. A little goes a long way. Don’t apply too much. There was one time when I applied a lot and it feels a bit greasy? A pea sized cream is okay for whole face. Add a little more depending on your preference. If you’re going to apply sunblock on top, wait for about 2-3 minutes so the cream is absorbed before you apply another product.
Overall, I like these 3 products. I had some tiny pimples around 4 on my first two days of usage. I thought I should stop using them but then I realized maybe my skin is getting used to the product hence a minimal reaction and I’m right.
Sharing my current skin condition. It may not be perfect but I’m happy with it.
