Random fact:
I would love to travel for a living. If I had the chance to sell everything or put it all in storage and travel, I would. I’d go all over the world giving my kids an education like no other. My blog name: It's based on that desire to travel and experience different foods. I sometimes get more excited about a location’s food that it’s site. The name was also based on my family’s journey to eating healthier and cooking with more whole foods. When I got married, I could boil water and that was about it. I progressed to a follow the box directions cook, then came one pot wonders. Somewhere along the way, I started cooking international, healthy, and gourmet. Favorite app: Pandora. I am a major addict and currently loving eos "eggs" and in addition to my purse, have 4 in strategically placed locations (bedside table, kitchen, TV room, office) Socks. I hate being cold and when barefoot in shoes, I carry socks just in case my feet get cold. Even in summer. Random fact that people may not know about you: I lived in Peru for 5 years, from ages 11-16, and cannot accurately describe how amazing it was. How did you come up with your blog name? I started my blog so I could have my own little world where I write about whatever I am thinking or feeling, basically anything that is going on in my life. I was having a tough time coming up with a name I really liked and then I saw a comic one day and it kind of just clicked. What is your favorite app? I'm not sure this actually counts as an app but I am obsessed with my iPhone camera. I take pictures of anything and everything although it's usually my dog (and barely ever my camera-shy husband)... I take (and delete) a crazy amount of selfies and one day will learn how to use my fancypants DSLR camera. Please go shower these wonderful ladies with love!! They are so amazing!
