MyYogaWorks

I received a free six-month trial of MyYogaWorks in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Since moving to West Virginia I haven't been very good at working out consistently. We haven't found a gym to join yet, but that is easier said than done in our family. We like different things: Gary is all about the weights. I like to change things up. I want classes, pool, and a variety of cardio machines.  MyYogaWorks YogaWorks has expanded to online called MyYogaWorks. I was contacted my MyYogaWorks to try it out for 6 months. The timing couldn't have been better. Season has started so my husband is gone a lot so more time for me to workouts I love. (He is not a big yoga fan even though they have yoga for athletes.) They have different types of "journey classes" that fit into any life plans: Road Trips (I'm looking at you Christina), Expecting Moms, Postnatel, Office Yoga, and Wedding Ready. I have been walking more so I have been doing a lot from the runners section.  I started the 28 day challenge that started last Monday. I missed a few days but I enjoy the classes. The instructors give you a modified and advanced positions as well as how the position should be done.  Going into this I thought that I would be intermediate, but after a one class my ego was put into check. The great thing about MyYogaWorks is that you can search by the amount of time that you have to work out and your level of yoga experience. The only negative is that I feel like the beginner is super beginner and the intermediate is advanced. There wasn't a really in between.  Want to try MyYogaWorks for yourself? I have code for you. Just use Blogger14 to get your first month for only $5.  I received a free product trial in exchange for an honest review.
