Nike Girl

I have been working out more than usually lately, and I can tell that I am feeling better. I went to grab my morning soda, and didn't really like that after taste much. Which is good because I am trying to give up pop and drink more water. I usually only have one pop anyway and it's in the morning.
Nike GirlNike GirlI was searching my apps for some good workout tools. I found the best Nike apps. The first one is the Nike Running app that I can use while I am running. It tracks my run along with my friends run. Which is GREAT because I am planning on running the Disney Tinkerbell Half next January. (Sign up in July 9th and I am beyond excited) The only thing I don't like about the app is I have to hold the phone and right now I don't have an iphone holder yet.
The Nike training apps are amazing as well. They have their Nike ambassadors show their workouts for you to do. It's great because the more you work out the more badges you receive. You doesn't want to get workout badges, right? I haven't used this app as much as I have wanted, but plan on using it during the weekend.
