This might be a TMI post to some but I just want to share with you my experience and honest thoughts with Jeunesse Anion.
I first encountered this brand when I was in high school, hmmm more or less 10 years ago. Jeunesse Anion was like part of a network marketing back then as far as I can remember because our late principal used to sell these to teachers (my mom was a teacher in our school). However, I wasn't able to try it because I think they were too expensive before. I'm thankful now it's readily available in supermarkets and at lower prices.

Jeunesse sent me this super nice package containing all the variants / sizes of Jeunesse Sanitary pads available. I've actually bought a few packs prior to them sending this package as I wanted to try and review if it really works or not. I bought the Ultra Think Super Absorbent Day (the green pack) for about 60++ pesos in Robinsons.
Here are the different variants / sizes of the pads so you can choose what you need. Let's go through them as we go in this post.
Jeunesse Anion PantylinerIt has cover or wrap, hygienic and perfect for travelling. You can find the Anion Strip (green) at the center which we'll talk more about later.
Here are the Anion advantages:
- Helps eliminate odor
- Reduce feminine discomfort
- Cottony soft cover for superb dryness
- Body contoured shape to fit the body
- Secure wide adhesive strip
- Anion strip for gentle and freshness and germ protection
- Leak protection
This pantyliner is unscented but it is able to control the odor and keep you feel fresh.
Jeunesse Ultra Thin Super Absorbent (Day)
This is the one similar to what I bought. The size is great for normal flow.
All Jeunesse Anion Sanitary Napkins promise these 7 benefits
Jeunesse Ultra Thin Super Absorbent (Day)
Next is the Jeunesse Ultra Thin Super Absorbent (Day) in Non-wing. I'm not really a fan of non-wing pads and they go everywhere. This is the first ever non-wing brand that I liked. It stays in place even if there are no wings to grip to your undies. However, I still don't use it when I need to go outside. I use it only when I'll just stay at home.
Jeunesse Ultra Thin Super Absorbent (Night)For heavy flow, normally first two days of your period, this is what I use. Still Ultra Thin but Night variant. It's longer than the usual pads (this one is 28cm). It saves me from worries that I might get red spots "tagos" especially if I'm wearing fitted or light-colored clothes.
Then for extra heavy flow, you can use Jeunesse Anion All Night pads.
It's longest with 32 cm, you will surely feel extra protected.
My experience with Jeunesse Anion Sanitry pads is impressive. Now I can say, they do work. We may have varied results but for me, their claims are true. Normally, I'll have dysmenorrhea during my first two days of menstruation, but when I started using these pads (I've tried all the sizes), I haven't experienced any cramps so far. The pads stay in place no matter what activity I do like gym or going out to events. The pads don't get torn or damaged. It's just a little pricey compared to other known brands that we use but hey, we only get our period once a month. It would hurt that much to try or switch to something that will give us ease and comfort during red alert days.
Anion benefits: improves mood, balances PH and hormone levels, protects from airborne germs, reduces inflammation, eliminates odor, fights vaginal irritation.
Have you guys tried any Jeunesse Sanitary napkins before? Let me know your experience! I hope it worked on you too!
