Getting back into routine. Still sore and tired, but managed a 4km walk today, getting home just before the rain settled in! See it here
Although I took it easy yesterday (Friday), I somehow managed to still see higher results on my Body Media stats. I am guessing it has a lot to do with the last four days upping my metabolism. Awesome, I’ll take it thanks!
As you can see, I am sticking with my goal of recording my calories consumed, and therefore my calorie deficit
I also need to remember my other goals, such as classes, and Km’s achieved etc. Time to get stuck into August, and see some results!
