Okay, so I don’t want to add any extra pressure over the next few weeks, as I will certainly have enough going on(!). I have kinda taken the last week off. But I want to make some goals, so I have something to aim for, and don’t totally fall off the wagon
And so,
+ Weekly Step is a must
+ Weekly cardio too
+ Weekly Shred
I also got the new, (well not all that new now), Jillian Michaels DVD “Ripped in 30″. I am hoping that this will be extra motivation to workout at home between writing. I love Shred, but certainly ready for something new.
So not much there, but hopefully I can maintain that.
