Ohio State Buckeyes Game Day Style

Does anyone else think that this week went by way to FAST? I think so. Today I am so excited to have Crystal on the blog. She is amazing, and I love hanging out with this girl. She is living in Arizona for a short time. She also played a HUGE part in helping me open my etsy store. So here she is... Crystal!!! 

Hey there! I'm Crystal! I blog over at The Crystal Faye Blog, but most people know me for my online boutique, Crystal Faye. Jessa has asked me to blog a little about my Buckeyes. I was born and raised in Ohio State, and grew up watching the Ohio State Buckeyes every Saturday evening from August to December. You do not dare go to the grocery store without your scarlett and gray on Saturday during football or basketball season. 

 Here are a few things you need to know before you head to your first Ohio State Football Game. 1. We hate Michigan. a lot. It's all fun and games until you put a Buckeye and a Wolverine in the same room at any moment in the month of November. It's not a good thing....at least for the Wolverine it isn't!

2. Hang on, Sloopy! Say what? You don't know that song? You can't go to an Ohio State football game without having every word to Hang on, Sloopy memorized. Better yet, that better be your ringtone for the entire football season! Hang on, Sloopy! Sloopy, hang on! O-H-I-O. Oh...and this picture is required at every single OSU game!

3. This guy is pretty nutty. He is at every single Ohio State game! You have to find him if it is your first time at the game! He is probably the most die-hard OSU fan out there! He's the sweetest guy! He has a facebook page where you can upload you pictures with him!
4.It's all about the good people you go with! The people make the game the best! I have never went to a game without my parents! They are SO crazy and are an absolute blast to go to the game with! So here's your quick guide to be an Ohio State Buckeye! 1. Hate Michigan. 2. Wear Scarlet and Grey on Saturdays and never ever where maize and blue together. 3. Memorize Hang On, Sloopy! 4. Learn the importance of O-H-I-O. If you hear someone yell O-H, you better follow that with an I-O! Thanks again, Jessa, for allowing me to share a little about my home team! until next time, O-H!
