I'm looking forward to April. I always see it as a fresh start every year. Kind of like January all over again. Typically we have several rainy days and it always seems to wash away the fog of winter and we come out on the other side with a bright and sunny May. I love that.
My word this year is Begin.
In April I will begin...
~to assemble all the notes I've taken into a final research paper for school
~get the garden prepped for planting and hopefully get a few things in the ground
~implement new post ideas and features on both blogs
My final paper for this semester is due May 10. I enjoy doing research for papers, but I hate actually writing the paper. I'm hoping to discipline myself to get it done by the end of April so I won't have to worry about it the last two weeks of class. We borrowed the tiller from Andy's parents so we can get the garden ready for planting. I think it's warm enough that we could get some spinach and peas and a couple other things in. I mentioned this on BTB, but I came across some original ideas I had for the blog and started wondering why I never implemented them. I think now is the time.
I feel April is going to be very busy. I've taken on a lot of ARC's from publishers this month, so most of my free time will be spent reading and reviewing. I've got to find a way to fit in spring cleaning and other spring projects as well as school. I'm up for the challenge though.
