After reading other blogs (and LOVING their words), I talked through what I wanted to accomplish this year. After verbally expressing my goals the word was easy. I decided on the word Choose.
I am going to CHOOSE to surround myself with people who motivate me and not tear me down.
I am going to CHOOSE to take on GREAT things and pass on the good things. This is VERY hard for me to do because I love getting involved. Sometimes I take on too much.
I will CHOOSE to be more specific with what foods I eat. A New years Resolution is to do lose weight and run more.
I'm sure more will come but right now this is all I can think of.
