Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 package white chocolate candy coating
- **Optional** Sprinkles for decorating and milk chocolate candy coating to drizzle on top.
Instructions
- Finely crush the Oreo cookies. I used my food processor, but you can put them in a zip lock bag and crush them also. Just make sure there are no big pieces.
- Stir in the softened cream cheese, making sure its mixed together really well.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
- Once all the balls are made, place another sheet of wax paper on top and stick the tray into the refrigerator for a couple hours (I usually make in the evening, then refrigerate over night) so the balls have a chance to set up.
- After a few hours (or the next day) start by melting your chocolate according to the directions on the package. I usually place the candy coating in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 30 seconds at a time until it's all melted.
- Repeat the process if your also using the milk chocolate to drizzle on top.
- Dip the balls in the white chocolate, tap off any excess and place on wax paper.
- If your drizzling chocolate on top, as soon as you put in on the wax paper take a spoon and just lightly drizzle it on top. This is also when your going to want to add your sprinkles (if your adding any).
- Once all the balls are coated and decorated, cover with plastic wrap and place back in the refrigerator until your ready to serve them.
