Paddington Street W.2 like many streets within the London Borough of Westminster has its share of bog standard bollards in the middle of the road and upon the pavement.
Marylebone (the ward/district) is a true village in the centre of London within a bristling vibrant part of the city.
In the picture above we see (in the background) a bog standard cannon shaped bollard but in the foreground we have a corker of a bollard that neatly slots into the very low kerb. The bollard is black in colour, octagonal in shape with a tapering base and a top flaring outwards and finished off with a slight domed nippled top.
