You will find Pams (Pam’s) restaurant at Baywatch Resort always to its full capacity during all the three meal timings. Although ala carte is there but most people would prefer buffet to have a larger variety. Pam’s restaurant is within the resort but is easily accessible to the local Goans to visit to dine. Similarly, many tourists staying elsewhere, visit to dine quite often. My stay at the Baywatch Resort for three days includes visiting Pam’s restaurant almost 8 times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As a matter of fact, this many times visit and the food is good enough to create a fair view and opinion.
The food is good and there are few things that you can get on order even if you are having the buffet. For example, various omelettes, dosas etc. are made on order. Service is good though at times it takes some time to refill a buffet item. Hospitality is also fine. You will find chef around to have a random feedback on the food. Food items are also fresh and tasty. There is a wide variety of items that brings change in taste and options.

Although cleanliness is an issue, the kitchen in charge was quite positive about bringing the change. The utensils cleaning staff need some more training and discipline. In fact, I hope the kitchen in-charge has taken my advice in a practical way to find out the fruitful results. Precisely, my suggestion was to randomly monitor the team on the job. After a proper assessment, find out the best person among the team who has least errors. And then assign the supervisory task to monitor and train all other persons in the cleaning department.
Pam’s is a lively place. There is a live band/music in the night. You get a large variety of food here. For instance, Continental, Goan, North Indian, Chinese, and South Indian food is available here.
