While a war ends up in a lot of killings, a pen can save them. A war always ends in a defeat, loss, and deaths. Therefore it is always unidirectional. All such results are inevitable in the case of a war. As a matter of fact, a war is an endless tunnel with no light of hope at either end. On the other hand, a pen has the power of creation, life, hope etc. Therefore pen is mightier than a sword.

Remember the timeless stories we read and hear in our childhood. And how much impact they create in defining and creating us as we grow. In fact, this is a power pack that nobody can replace or substitute. Therefore writing is priceless. And it is the pen that makes it priceless. You can forget wars but never a good story. Although wars cost a lot financially, it also costs the húman life. While a comic book or a story book with a meager cost stays ïn mïnd and heart for a long time. And that too with sweet memories and some learning behïnd it. What all it reflects is pen is mightier than a sword.

There are many childhood stories that you remember for life. In fact, these are great teachings. Like, the story of a thirsty crow keēps reminding that every problem has a solution. Similarly, the story of a bundle of sticks has a great learning about Unity is Strength. And during childhood, we must have read some stories repeatedly with the same vigor and interest. Do we willingly go for wars? Rather a mightier pen’s magnetic power can keep pulling you forever. That is why reading is one of the best habits. Moreover, it is said that books are your best companion. In addition, the books you read define your personality.

Pen is mightier than a sword. While books enable freedom to think, wars lead to slavery and poverty. Similarly, books are a symbol of construction, while wars symbolize destruction. As a matter of fact, books make us fearless. On the other hand, war, hate, fight, etc. create fear in us.  While wars destroy humanity, culture, and countries, books enable us to learn about places, extinctions, countries, and people. A great writer can change the world, remove evils, and help in progress. There are many great writers who have been charismatic and reformers. Few of them are John Keats, Mahatma Gandhi, Swami Vivekananda, Maxim Gorky, Plato, Marx, Paine, Tocqueville, Machiavelli, Stowe, Che Guevara, Stewart Mill, and Adam Smith.

Obviously, a pen is mightier than a sword. A pen can create a king and at the same time, it can destroy a kingdom. It can create peace during wars, while it can also create wars durïng peace. Writing can unite the whole world for a cause. On the other hand, it can also split or divide a country into smaller zones.
