Today was a big day in my office. The Coyotes signed Shane Doan, captain. I am so excited about this because it was been a long time coming. Here is a little insight into the sports world. When people ask what I do, and I tell them I work with the Phoenix Coyotes. The first response I usually get is, "Do you get to hang out with the players?" or Can you give me insight information?

Most are very surprised or don't believe me when I tell them. I find news the same time you do. This is a prime example. Doan signed and most of it read it on twitter before a press release from the Coyotes marketing department.This has been a HUGE struggle of mine because I love social media and retweeting things. Sometimes people think because I might retweet something means it is true. That's something you got to be careful when working in sports. Think before you tweet or say anything in print.
Anyway, this is great news and excited for some hockey.
